LCN-USA, Inc. and the River Valley Esthetics Institute TEXT MESSAGING TERMS OF USE

By "Opting In" to or using a “Text Message Service” (as defined below) from LCN-USA, Inc. or the River Valley Esthetics Institute, you accept these Terms & Conditions.

This agreement is between you and LCN-USA, Inc, the River Valley Esthetics Institute or one of its affiliates. All references to "LCN-USA, Inc and/or the River Valley Esthetics Institute.," "we," "our," or "us" refer to the companies located at 6 Winter Avenue, Ste B, Deep River, CT 06417.

DEFINITIONS

"Opting In," "Opt In," and "Opt-In" refer to requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages.

"Text Message Service" includes any arrangement or situation in which we send one or more messages addressed to your mobile phone number, including text messages (such as SMS, MMS, or successor protocols or technologies).

CONSENTING TO TEXT MESSAGING

By consenting to receive text messages from us, you agreed to these Text Messaging Terms and Conditions, as well as follows:

This Messaging Privacy Policy explains how LCN-USA and the River Valley Esthetics Institute collects and uses information about you in connection with our text messaging program (the “Messaging Service”). By participating in the program, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Information we collect
When you opt-in to our Messaging Service, we may collect and store the following information:

Your mobile phone number.
Your name, if provided during the sign-up process.
Data about your interaction with our messages, such as delivery status and timestamps.
How we use your information
We use the information collected via the Messaging Service solely for its intended purpose, which is to send you order confirmations and details, program offerings, marketing offers, order updates, event notifications, or appointment reminders. We do not use your information for any other purpose without your explicit written consent.
Sharing your information
We will never sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer your mobile phone number or customer information collected through the Messaging Service to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers, such as SMS gateway providers, for the sole purpose of enabling and operating our text messaging program. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose. We also reserve the right to disclose any information as required by law or to protect our rights

Your choices and rights

Opting out: You can cancel the Messaging Service at any time. To stop receiving text messages, simply reply STOP to any message you receive. You may also reply CANCEL, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After texting the opt-out keyword, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
Help: For assistance with the Messaging Service, you can reply HELP to any message for contact information.
Accessing your data: To request access to or deletion of your SMS-related data, please contact us at info@lcnusa.com or .

Message and data rates
Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to and from you, as determined by your wireless carrier.

Data security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, such as secure storage and restricted access, to protect your personal data from unauthorized access or misuse. We will retain your information for as long as you are subscribed to our Messaging Service or as required by law.

Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

E-SIGN DISCLOSURE

By agreeing to receive text messages, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent to the use of the electronic record by replying STOP.

FREQUENCY OF TEXT MESSAGES

This Text Messaging Service is for conversational person-to-person communication between you and our employees. We may send you an initial message providing details about the service. After that, the number of text messages you receive will vary depending on how you use our services and whether you take steps to generate more text messages from us (such as by sending a HELP request).
